Wandle Housing Association works in south London and is committed to providing affordable housing in that area. Wandle regularly needs to recruit new staff to deliver this important service, but was finding it increasingly difficult to cope with the number of calls for job application packs and to then process the applications.
As a result Redfox was asked to handle Response Handling for Wandle. Redfox set up a dedicated response line, established a text messaging application pack request service and a PO Box number. This proved highly successful in easing the workload for the client.
However, Redfox was able to analyse challenge further, and proposed the development of an online service which would provide all these benefits and more. Key features include:

This has significantly eased the workload for the client's HR department, and saved money. The time between advertising the job to hiring the successful candidate has been drastically reduced, and hard copy advertising costs reduced for the long term.
