Max MacGillivray - Founder of Redfox
Max MacGillivray formed Redfox in 2002 having previously been employed in fresh produce and agricultural recruitment. Prior to that, Max enjoyed stints in the grain sector as a trader and has worked for the National Farmers Union. As a graduate of Harper Adams, and with a strong commercial background, he has a full and thorough understanding of the fresh produce, agri-business and food manufacturing sectors.
Max is a recognised industry conference speaker on the fresh food sectors and agri-business. He was an instigator of the ‘Appetite for Business’ conferences that have run successfully for a number of years (www.app4biz.com). Max is also an industry expert and speaker on the long term benefits and successes of social media in recruitment and industry.
