National Sales Manager 3471IR
Our client is unique artisan wine supplier. Passion is not just a buzz word in this company, it drives everything they do. As a result of a rapidly expanding customer base and un-tapped regional growth potential, they now wish to source an accomplished and entrepreneurial Sales Manager for further business developments within multiple and independent retail, wholesale and on/off trade sales.
Key Duties:
• To obtain new accounts and look after some existing accounts with huge growth potential
• Merchandising and tastings as required
• Continually improve distribution of the company produced products
• To keep abreast of and report trends in the industry in order to assist with the Company’s planning
• To provide effective support to the Company’s customers
• Customer pricing management
• To provide periodic customer sales and profitability forecasts.
• Initiate annual sales, profit and investment plans by brand by customer

Key Skills/experience required:-
• Experience in developing customer relationships, Brand building
• Ideally experience of BWS but would consider any food/drink FMCG category
• Management of P&L for customer, product category
• Good IT skills
• Experience of managing promotional campaigns, A&P budget and sales budgets
• Experience in cold calling, “off the car sales” and account management

Location: Home-Based. Southern/Central UK
Salary: £30k + staff profit share bonus + individual performance bonus of up to 10%
