Technical & Sourcing Manager (Spain) 3420IR
Due to continued success, a career-defining opportunity has emerged to work as TECHNICAL SOURCING MANAGER for this world-leading supplier. This is a vital role which will require a significant contribution to help successfully deliver the business objectives. You will co-ordinate and manage product supply from Spain ensuring that quality and due diligence standards meet the requirements of customers in the UK. This role will act as the focal point for the Spain/UK supply chain and the post holder will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships within the group of affiliated companies in Spain as well as third party suppliers. The role will cover both conventional and organic products and the responsibility will extend from source through to the UK customer.

You will be first and foremost a statesman
Superb communication and strong negotiation skills
A successful track record of strong retail relationship building
Minimum five years fresh produce experience
Strong understanding of farming
Excellent attention to detail with clear focus on end results
Personal integrity
Spanish would be an advantage
